Tomato Onion Raita

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced in strips
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Directions: Combine all ingredients and serve.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
