PINEAPPLE RAITA

Ingredients:

Half of a can of pineapple chunks, drained
Yoghurt
Salt
A little chopped fresh mint (or a pinch or two of dried)

Preparation:

One of the simpler raita recipes. Just mix everything together. Pineapple raita is excellent served with a spicy veg biriyani.
